Editorial Independence
Devin Frank Live is a personal resource created by a working musician. The opinions, observations, and recommendations here are based on real experience and honest assessment—not compensation, sponsorship, or manufacturer relationships.
We don't fake expertise. When you read about gear, performance techniques, or business practices here, they come from actual use and real gigs. If something hasn't been tested or verified, we say so.
Affiliate Links
Some future articles may include affiliate links to products or services mentioned. If that happens:
- The article will clearly disclose the affiliate relationship
- Affiliate relationships will not change the price you pay
- Only products and services actually used or tested will be recommended
- Affiliate income is secondary to editorial honesty

Loaned or Provided Equipment
If gear or equipment is loaned, provided, or gifted for testing or review, it will be clearly disclosed in the article. Receiving equipment doesn't guarantee a positive review—only honest assessment.
